Private Training Session at Le Gym

In its aim to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, Dialeb held a training session on October 25 at" Le Gym by Robert Maalouf", Jdeideh. The participants included DiaLeb members living with type 2 diabetes. The session was guided by the personal trainers Robert and Pearl Maalouf who emphasized the importance of exercise, sharing movements that can be done at home without any equipment.
