Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked bulgur
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 450 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/3 cup mint
- 2 Tbsp dill
- 1 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
Directions
- 1 Combine the bulgur and 1 cup of boiling water in a large bowl. Cover and let stand 1 hour or until bulgur is tender
- 2 Add bean sprouts, tomatoes, and remaining ingredients to bulgur; toss well.
- 3 Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
