Sport, or any type exercise, is recommended for all people with or without diabetes as it brings a range of health benefits most importantly improved sensitivity to insulin. Whether taking part in sport for competitive reasons, or purely for fun, it is a great way to stay healthy. For that reason, DiaLeb participated in “Saradar Bank Women's Race 2018” organized by Beirut Marathon on Sunday April 22, 2018 to encourage people of all ages to actively enjoy sports and exercise. Together we control diabetes!
